Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss free and enjoyable as much as possible!

To qualify for a returns and exchanges: 

  • The product must in perfect condition with the original packaging, unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour free and with all labels and tags remained intact includes the hygiene sticker on swimwear.
  • JESSWIM will not be liable for any unfortunate case of lost returns items.
  • The returned item must be mailed back to us with 7 days (Singapore) and 14 days ( International) from the day you have received it.
  • Customer will have to pay postage cost involved in the process of exchange.
  • Exchange item must be selected from the existing stock, same price or higher.Customer will have to pay the difference in price.
  • The cost of the exchange items are strictly non-refundable.
  • If you decide to return or exchange for an item, please contact us as soon as possible at jesslyn9001@yahoo.com
  • Upon Stringent checks,should we find that the item do not meet the criteria stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy , we will reject the request.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Choose your Prene Bag carefully as we do not EXCHANGE and REFUND for change of mind, including wrong selection of sizes or colours and etc.
  • All bag dimensions and details are listed on each product’s page to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at jesslyn9001@yahoo.com
    Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
  • The defective , damaged or faulty item must be mailed back to us with 7 days (Singapore) and 14 days ( International) from the day you have received it.
  • Customer will have to pay postage cost involved in the process of exchange.
  • There are strictly no returns on SALE items and puchases made with promotional items.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR SALES ITEMS AND PURCHASES MADE WITH PROMOTIONAL CODES.
