JESSWIM is based in Singapore.

Shipping within Singapore (Local delivery)

Free shipping with Singapore for orders above S$100.
Orders below S$100 will charge a delivery fee of S$5.
Orders will be delivered via courier or letter box delivery with tracking number, takes 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
We will send an email to notify the orders tracking number.

International Shipping Outside Singapore

To : Malaysia – Flat rate delivery fees S$12.
To : Other Countries – Flat rate delivery fees S$25.
Orders will be delivered with tracking number, will require a recipient to sign for the parcel at the door. Takes 7-21 working days for delivery and during public holidays, it will take a longer time for delivery.
Orders are trackable with tracking number. Do contact your local postal service with the tracking number provided for you parcel once it had reached your country and they will be able to update you.
We will send an email to notify the orders tracking number.

Please Note That

Orders will be packed and dispatched the next working day during Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm upon payment.
Orders placed on weekdays after 5pm, weekends and public holidays will be process on the next available working day.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays with courier company during busy days such as public holidays and etc.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct in the event that a wrong address was provided , we will not be liable for the cost of re delivery.
All duties ,tax and customs fees are determined by the country and the responsibility of the addressee. JESSWIM will not be responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local custom office.
